This series follows the adventures of Natalie, a young woman who is suddenly thrust into the world of magic and mystery that was previously inhabited by her mother.  In time, she finds her destiny is to prevent this world from returning to a dark age of violence and terror.  This is a task she must learn to do by using her influence and newfound powers to reinstate peace and order in the current realm, referred to as the Reign of Scarlet.

But only if she can piece together the mysteries that have eluded many for centuries.
